Anyone know the details of 159.000? According to the FCC website it is licensed to Douglas County. Also, it sounds like a dispatch for fire, but I can't tell if it is the dispatch side only, or includes field units. Could it be a simulcast of the DTRS?

159.000 is the repeater input for Douglas Fire's 151.115 VHF repeater. You are catching the fixed point transmitters for the fire dispatch console, which also relays the 800 side, to the repeaters .

There are several repeater sites in operation.
