159.1650 NFM WV Eastern Panhandle

Kind of a mystery on 159.1650, maybe someone in the Eastern Panhandle of WV, Northern VA or Western MD areas would take a look to see if they duplicate what I receive. I get a P25 NAC of 293 with some kind of constant audio tone showing as TG 1 RID 1.

That is an old Culpeper VSP Dispatch freq. It's not listed under STARS. What kind of traffic are you hearing on it?

DSDPlus has it as P25 phase 1, NAC 293, it looks like an control channel in SDRSharp. I am thinking it is the burn-in of a new system as it is a constant audio tone on talk group 1 radio id 1, it does not have the usual P25 CC sound. I have tried Unitrunker on it but as it, at this point in time, does not have the normal P25 CC format there is nothing for Unitrunker to decode.

I just put it in a scanner and locked it out.
