Kind of a mystery on 159.1650, maybe someone in the Eastern Panhandle of WV, Northern VA or Western MD areas would take a look to see if they duplicate what I receive. I get a P25 NAC of 293 with some kind of constant audio tone showing as TG 1 RID 1.
