I am not familiar with the specifics of the scanner but, based on other posts I have seen, are there any ribbon cables that might need to be reseated before sending it in for repair? Just a thought.

There are ribbon cables connecting the display to the main circuit board.
Hello All, my first 15X is experiencing screen flickering. I have to turn it off then turn it on, some times it works sometimes it doesn't, any one got any suggestions or remedies to fix the problem?
Before sending it in for repair, I'd suggest opening up the case & verify that all ribbon cables are fully seated. If that does not correct the problem, then sending it for repair is probably the best path for correcting this problem.

One of my BCT15's have a bad ribbon cable, and happened almost directly after delivery when new. I have to constantly, after a couple of weeks, pull out the ribbon cable and reseat it back to get its display to work properly again. I've relocated it to a remote site so I don't have to bother with it as I then use the virtual display in ARC.
