160.620:Railroad Indianapolis

I heard radio traffic today Tues 7-17-12 at 8:30AM. on 160.620. Was giving a ID as INR AGENCY.They told the train that they had 28 cars in dixie. I have never heard of a INR agency in Indianapolis. Does anyone know who this is? Thank You.

INRD is the Indiana Rail Road Company. Sounds like you were hearing a freight agent tell the train how many cars to pick up in Dixie Siding, which is about a quarter mile south of the Harding St. Power Plant.
