I am visiting a friend in Pittsburgh, and I continue to hear quick key ups, almost dead-keys, they come across with a tone of CT: 85.4, but I hear very brief one word responses if anything. Any ideas?

It is licensed to Norfolk Southern in that area. I have never seen a reported use, though.
