161.550 UP Fresno Sub

Is 161.550 still being used on the Union Pacific, Fresno Subdivision, From Need South around Mile Post 102.3?

Elvas (Sacramento) to Need is AAR 051-051 and Need to North Bakersfield is AAR 096-096. Also, North Need is at MP 59.2 and South Need is at MP 62.2 so I'm not sure where MP 102.3 is coming in here since that's between Calla and Covell.
