I was having a conversation with a friend about how Washington State uses 161.61 MHz from their statewide license of KOH326 in which the following frqs are licensed. Has anyone heard 161.61 MHz in use? Thanks in advance. Mick

I have heard it used just a few times for car to car for non highway use. Meaning I have no clue if it is in all the care, but it is in some.
