I'm picking up digital in the clear and encrypted on 162.075. Sounds like law enforcement of some sort, and they keep refering to "flagship". Also sounds like it may be part of a trunked system. Anyone know what this might be?

I've heard the Secret Service many times use the term "flagship" in DC on other frequencies....suspect it is they you are hearing.

Last time I saw Uniformed Division Secret Service, they were using VHF portables (they were previously on 414.6750, but seem to have abandoned this frequency). Maybe this is who is on 162.0750...?

dtscho, I think you're right. I heard them use the term 'boardwalk' for a location which I think I remember from the old 414.6750 as being embassy row protection by Uniformed Division. Last I saw them they had XTS5000's, but have no idea if they were vhf/uhf/800/etc.
