Does anyone know who uses this frequency? I heard headquarters calling 38 on it for something going on at "Abby (Abbey, maybe?) Road" and "Building 510". I might have the building number wrong.

I have a 2005 copy of Police Call and on page 266 bottom left side of page in the US Government section Dover AFB in DE is listed as having a Maintenance channel on this freq.

Dover used this freq until about 2yrs ago. Now everything is on a 380Mhz TRS.

Since it's a analog signal I suspect a military base. Most VA hospitals and historical sites have gone P25 as have 99% of federal LE.

I have nothing in my records from my QTH south of Philadelphia. Check Ft Monmouth, Dik or Lakewood.

think its Ft Monmouth...the freq sounds familure. Or Army Corp of Engineers. They might have a regional office at Ft Monmouth or Ft Dix.
