OK thank you. Another question, I am in the US north of Detroit. What is the system I want to monitor for any law enforcement from Ontario?
I get that most are Encrypted but is there anything? OPP, RCMP etc..
Pro tip: Have a look at the RRDB. Any time you see an uppercase "E" as the final character in the "mode" column this indicates full encryption (Be it DE, TE, P25E, conventional, DMRE, NXDNE). A lowercase "e" indicates partial encryption. Modes "D", "T", P25, DMR, NXDN (conventional) with no "E" or "e" are "clear"

CBSA and RCMP are encrypted same for Windsor PD. mciupa's advice is the best. Look at the database for Ontario (Essex) select the County to get the trunked systems. The program in the TG that are not 'E'. FleetNet is the one you will be most interested in. Then choose the Essex related TGs.
