164.400 Slc

I logged a single hit on 164.400 with a tone of 77.0 while I was in Salt Lake last week. It was a clear but informal communication. Nationally that frequency is listed as Secret Service (but I doubt they use anything this open anymore). Would anyone like to monitor this and see if it is active and what it might be?

I logged/recorded it the morning of 5/24 which was not during the president's visit. Sorry, I should have made that clear.

I have had it on for several hours today and I am just west of Salt Lake International Airport and not a peep....

I've been listening to this freq (and many others) off and on over the past year. I show no hits on it. Must have been one of the times I was somewhere else.
I have gotten hits on 163.9500, 164.475, and 164.7750. very breif voice comms, not enough to tell who.
