Now if I did this correctly this comes back as SysID 201 CC1

Here's the dilema. Site 201 is for both these sites.

Turris Communications - PushPlus Network (UHF 201)
https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=8045

Turris Communications - Renfrew (VHF 201)
https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=9080

However doesn't seem like this match up doesn't conform to either of these.

The PushPlus network is a UHF system, and I'm getting a site ID of 3 which would make it Renfrew on the VHF 201 system. But the signal is too low for it to be Renfrew considering I pick it up on the outskirts of town and barely in town. The other 2 frequencies are always full scale around here and the Control Ch. only changes between the 163.755c 02 167.835 (this needs to be updated in the db that both of these are control channels that switch up from time to time.

The frequency would likely be 165.0825, but nothing shows in TAFL for either. Possibly it's a scanner spurious signal? Try listening on the other two frequencies when this pops up, on a 2nd scanner (analog/CSQ) to see if it correlates.

As for CCs marked in the DB, would not be too concerned as the CC could show up on any channel; so they would all end up being marked as CCs.
