Today I've heard brief transmissions on tghis freq. Hampton Roads Scanner Page says this is Secret Service but no confirmed use in this area.
John Kerry came to the Memorial Day parade in Portsmouth today;
The 11am and 2pm hours may coincide with his arrival and departure
via Norfolk International. Has anyone else heard this and confirm?
