I am hearing a fair amount of actrivity on 167.5000 mHz today in the St. Paul area. Does anybody happen to know who this is?

Well, is it 167.0000 or 167.5000? Topic title says one freq, thread says something else.

1) Is there a PL/DPL tone associated with this freq?

2) Is it analog or P25 (IMBE)?

3) Is it in the clear or encrypted?

The more you tell us, the better chance of gettting a correct answer. Off hand I can think of at least 5 agencies that can and do use one OR the other frequency.

I have it listed as an input to an IRS repeater and the output i have in my database is 2 different P25 frequencies... see if there is activity on 165.95000 at the same time...

I think it's 167.5000 MHz (167.5 MEGA Hz), not 167.5000 mHz (0.1675Hz).
