Good day folks, I'm picking up 168.7125 MHz with NAC 100 in Daytona Beach FL and wondering what agency is using it.

So far no talkgroup or RID yet, it's just repeater randomly keying up and down sending TPU & PDU packets.

DSDFL does decode the PDU packet and says NAK; INVALID USER MFID=005. Did someone screw up NAS and affiliated?:ROFLMAO:

The NTIA master file shows 168.7125 as assigned to the National Weather Service as part of their EWMIN (Emergency Managers Weather Information System). It's used as a fixed base link to emergency managers. My interpretation is it could be a one-way paging or data notification system. It's available for NWS use nationwide.

The NTIA also lists that frequency for the NWS parent agency, Dept of Commerce, as "R&D support" available for use nationwide.

$100 in many areas of FL for the Feds - points to ICE and OBP
However 168.7125 is a new one - keep listening - how strong a signal, compared to 169.9125 which is/was the known ICE for Daytona

Either a freq change occured since 2018 and/or this is an image of 169.9125, try multiple radios as well on both pairs

I've only picked up 168.7125 during the time I stayed. Signal was rather strong. next time I'll monitor both and report back

it appears that the frequency has changed to 169.6 MHz with same NAC 100. It is all TDU and PDU packets being sent at this time, no voice call yet.

Likely a Vote Scan network of Multiple Repeaters and you just found the other site
169.6000 is in Palatka
