I'm also hearing 300 as a Base Station. It sounds as if most patrol units are 400's and 900's.

I don't know what agency it is, but what I do know, is that it is not county or state. It would have to be Federal. Nowhere around here does any county or state agency use "300" as a identification number for dispatch.
