I've heard garbled voices along with seeing several RID's pop up but wasn't able to gain any further intel than that. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated... Thanks!

Could it also be the FBI since it is close to the one that is in use in Springfield.
That's right, I had forgotten that the DEA in the Chicago area has moved to VHF.
