What Is 171.85 Mhz?

I’m located in Rockville and the signal is coming in as a S10. I looked up the freq. in the FCC db and was unable to find anything for this area. I’m curious if anyone could get a general direction where this is coming from? Thanks

While asking for frequency info, it would be handy to give a general geographic area you are in.

I am in Virginia & the signal that I hear on that frequency is part of the IFLOWS system for NWS linking rain gauges, height & flow sensors...

Just search IFLOW on google...
