1710 Khz Spanish Preacher? from La

What station am I hearing on 1710 Khz at night from Louisiana? Sounds like a preacher at a live gathering, shouting in Spanish.

I would guess either a church 'talking house' transmitter, a pirate, or perhaps an image.

Seems to be a full time operation and I've heard them many times from Michigan on my South antenna late at night. It gets out quite well and has been reported by many others too.
