I have that frequency/NAC combo listed as an EPA Law Enforcement channel, although I’ve never personally heard it.

I struggled with identifying that frequency for years, as it seemed to be used at the Super Bowl every year. I also had that frequency as EPA and USCP, but couldn't figure out who it was for sure.
But, once I had identified the NAC, I've been pretty sure that it's the Capitol Police.
