Hello,

For the last couple days been picking up a very strong repeater on 173.9875 N500 AES ENC. The interesting thing with this repeater is I have only caught two RiD's ever using it. One is a 632xxxwhich would lead me to INS or HSI but the second RiD number is just 9 and is using TG2001 instead of Tg 1. I didn't thing two different TG's could hear each other on a P25 conventional system...

Going to venture you have an ICE Vote Scan Network in your Area.
I do know some of our Canadian Monitors have reported this one for awhile now, but being ENC and the $500 NAC hard to tell

but adding in the 632 RID, which matches (similar) to what is found in the NYC Area, it is likely ICE, see if you find other $500's in your area

As to the TG's,the Portable/Base 632 RID is using that, but a Console or Base (RID 9) is likely using a Dispatch (announcement TG)
Yes they can listen/talk - all in how it is programmed
