I realize that it will be moved if I goofed

I found this film on YouTube:

"The Hams Wide World" a 1960s American Radio Relay League Ham Promo film

It's narrated by Arthur Godfrey who was amateur operator K4LIB

I haven't watched all of it yet, I'm about to

This is the updated to 1969 version per the comments

I'm going to watch it, I thought some of the RR community might be interested in seeing it

I just found another ARRL promo film dated 1970, "This is Ham Radio"

It's shorter, and features some of the same hams from the other film
