I use ARC 500. It is an easy to use program and will take care of the rebanding settings for you. Others may suggest alternate programs but in my opinion ARC 500 is the best. Here is the link to obtain a 30 day free trial.

There are three mainstream programs that will program your scanner: ARC500, PSREdit500, and Win500. All three can be downloaded and used for a thirty day trial period before you have to either purchase the program, or it will no longer work. Which one you like best is your own preference.
