Emile Anderson is not a province wide entity. They have a contract for a specific portions of provincial Highways in BC. These frequencies would be better suited to be located in the Regional District(s)('Counties') where Emile Anderson holds maintenance contracts.

Unless a database admin see that and changes it, it would be better (and the proper way) to submit the request to ensure a db admin does see it and makes the corrections.

Hopefully a local BC DB Admin can handle this as the change appears to have been made from one out of the area.

If the OP could submit a correction / new data to the database I can fix that up. I live on the opposite side of BC, have no knowledge of where they are using these freqs.
