I have been away from it for too long. What are they talking about when they refer to "rehab"? I have heard command talk about it twice now on scene in Jeff. Co..
I assume they need an Incident Rehabilitation Unit for a Prolonged Operatioon such as this. They need to replenish the manpower on scene and help they prepare to return to response mode. Typically a Canteen will be provided with some Chairs, Cooling Props, Refreshments .........

Right Rehab is a rest area with a canteen. Water, Gatorade, snacks, etc.

as stated, no mention of fatality in media. i am fairly sure i heard scanner traffic announcing 1 confirmed fatality. did any one else hear this, or is my imagination running amok?
Perhaps men in black suits driving black SUV's showed up and changed things?
