2 id tags not found on list

The first one i found was 5904, but I did not catch any conversation, I then found some conversation on 40496 but it just sounded like two joes on the interstate chatting about where they were heading, they were coming down the interstate from around exit 102 or higher heading towards exit 91 (chapin exit) and something about behind a cemetary etc etc, didn't catch any ids and they never used codes or anything. heard them on the Palm 800, it was the lexington/harbison/ or palmetto site, can not say for sure though...

anyone else heard any of these before and might recall who they were?

I've heard 5904, I think on palmetto center, but I couldn't figure out what they were talking about as it was a short transmission. Also, 29904, last week at the collesium...any idea what that was?

I've also heard 5904 on Palmetto Center, and the conversations I heard were related to putting up street signs in Richland County.

29904 is SC State Agency ch-44, Zone 3, Troop 3, Mutual Aid 3. Zone 3 is the upstate zone and this ch has been active for the past year.
