SDR# 2 Questions about SDR# 1910

Hello all,
I have downloaded the latest version of SDR# (1910). There are some new features / changes (see screenshot) that I do not understand.
First, there is the word "unidentified" at the top and then there is the yellow dashed line. What does the word want to tell me and how
do I get that deleted? The same goes for the line, what does it mean and can I delete it? How ?

You have the fm suite plug-in? Open frequency manager+scanner*
Click tools
Choose Edit preferences
Unchecked the first two
