2 Suspicious Person Call, Manahawkin, NJ

I picked on my Police scanner, a rather racist Suspicious Person(s) Call. The Occupants are 2 Middle-Eastern Men, with several propane tanks in their Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Jeep has Temporary Tags, Stafford PD has alerted NJSP North and South. The Grand Cherokee was last seen going East on Route 72. I will update when new information becomes available.

Yes, I heard this too. As a matter of fact the NJSP had unmarked cars all along route 9 and 72. Vehicle was last seen in the area of Walmart. Possibility of 20 propane tanks in vehicle.

I was referring to the Caller. Because I want to know WHY the caller looked in that particular car. Is it because of the Race of the Drivers. Plus didn't the caller break the law by taking their eyes off the road, to look in that car.
