I'm not sure what your asking here is the link to the database of frequency and other info
http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/
Using Win97 from Starrsoft http://www.starrsoft.com/software/win97/default.asp or PSREdit300 http://www.psredit.com/psredit300/index.html and the USB cable you can download directly from the database (You need a Premium Subscription to this site) into the software.
