Sorry for being M.I.A. lately, the moderators have way too much time on their hands. Anyways, the CB mic actually does not block the mirror hardly at all. I routed the cord up over the radio so it hangs on the right side. It does not hang down very far, yet still has enough stretch to use it. And the scanner is clipped to the dash using a standard microphone clip that has a deep enough slot to accept the scanner's clip.
