There are 2 pages of freqs in here - BLM & AK State Forestry

Anyone have any confirmations, PLs, changes, etc?

Peter Sz Arlington MA

Thanks for the link.

As far as the AFS frequencies, those I have confirmed by monitoring and had them prior to 2002. They're also posted in the database in this website. Most of the time I had not seen PLs used on those but I'll check. In the Galena Zone, in addition to those, they are also using a mix of P25/Analog in some frequencies, like:

166.2750
172.7250
166.3375
169.7250
164.2500
171.1375
166.3625

As far as the DOF frequencies, those have also been posted in the database here for a while and I can confirm most of them. I know around the Fairbanks area they mostly use:

151.265 - Alpha
151.160 - Bravo (PL103.5)
151.280
151.295
453.500 - Possibly not used anymore but they're still licensed on it.

BTW, I noticed that their own document you posted has several frequency typos, LOL! :)

Does BLM usually operate in repeaterized mode? Or in simplex mode? Peter Sz
