2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Custom Console

Hey guys, made this simple radio box. Motorola spectra vhf, kenwood uhf tk-840 center, and BCT-15. I couldn't find a console for my truck so i decided to make one out of some plywood laying around the house and bought some stereo speaker fabric for the outside.

Very cool!!, I might have to do the same thing because I want to get a Nissan Frontier. I'll also get a "Back Rack" for the antennas. I don't feel like drilling holes in the roof.

What freqs are active for GMRS in Rochester? I monitored the ones listed on NF2G and didn't hear any traffic. I look at you pics a few weeks ago and didn't pay attention to your info and thought it was a coincidence that your Spectra was on Fire 5 and Monroe County Fire on the Uniden....Duh!
