PSR-500 / RS 800 mhz duck

Walked outside for a short time with the scanner and picked up some low band. Most is unidentified. Interestingly, one that we both had was the MO HP

I really had wished I had my scanner antenna up. But I've yet to convince the owner of this place to allow me to put it up

Did hear quite a bit of activity on 6m (both CW and SSB, although obviously the PSR doesn't pick up SSB). And of course the usual "skipland" calling was heard on chicken band. Heard a little bit of 10m SSB as well.

I'll keep an ear peeled for that one. Because I'm usually just stuck with the 800 mhz duck I don't often look for better conditions on the low bands. I'll have to start though.
