41.530 (sounds like frequency hopping) <----- still going at midnight, strong signal at times too, is this what SINCGARS sounds like?

mancow, I don't know what SINCGARS sounds like, but I've heard similar stuff coming in on 32.210 to 32.230 MHz whenever the band is open where I am. I know 32MHz is gov't/military but who knows.
