Band opened at 1643z with 31.200 and 32.340 MHz. Good conditions all afternoon with very strong signals. No US stations heard.

i had some outbanders on 26-27mhz,one spanish station talking about numbers on 29.98fm no pl/dpl. 2:30pm cdt
