Band opened at 16:44z with 31.200 and strong signals most of the day. Seemed to be a mix of F skip to South American and later sporadic E to Michigan.

The 46.000 is in fact Universal ems the transport vans ..Today I got alot of low band skip up here in metro Detroit Mich from Missouri .N/ Caralina 39.000 up into 47.000 mhz I can list the freqs I got i interested
