The Bootheel tower was supposed to be 1st one and they've not even made an FCC application yet.

I can't believe they haven't came any farther south than Bloomfield yet.
I have only seen talkgroups for Sikeston so far. Any word when others agencies will join MOSWIN or when MOHP with be switching over?

I searched for a licence for that frequency, but nothing popped up. Odd?!
