Nowhere near that coverage - that is why they need 71 sites instead of just one for each troop.
Of course. I meant in conjunction with adjacent sites to reach the required coverage for mobiles.

Do we have to enter all of those. I mean for like Pemiscot Co?
If you only want to hear traffic that's being sent over the Pemiscot tower (which will NOT be all of the traffic on the system, just those talkgroups with radios affiliated with that tower) then you only need to enter that tower's control channel. If you are a mobile user that will be moving around; may not be a bad idea to program them all. I have a BCD996 in each of my work trucks; and plan on programming the entire system into them (not necessarily all the talkgroups, just selected ones; but definitely all the tower sites).
Soon as you get that done you will send me a copy of the file for my BC996 right? Please!
When are the sites going to come activated in most counties?? I keep running searches and don't hear anything, not even a CC buzz...
For most sites; I don't think you'll hear much for a while... There is a map of the constuction phases in PowerPoint on the DPS Website here:

From what I've heard; the sites in my neck of the woods aren't going live to June-ish.
I really hope they do not select any frequencies in the major metro areas that fall within the two VHF paging ranges from 152-153 and 158-159!
I must use PAR filters on both of those ranges here just too make all my GRE radios useable at all on VHF. Otherwise they desense from the paging signals or experience severe intermodulation. The Unidens handle the paging crud rather well in the same area with the same antennas.
The attenuator in the GRE's is useless as it is too strong and kills any chance of some of the weaker stations I like to monitor. The PAR filters work fantastic but if some of the new state sites are in that range and not close to me, I may not be able to hear them on a GRE as the PAR filters attenuate the heck out of those ranges by about -30dB or better.
I say this as I have noticed some of the new licenses at Bloomfield do have frequency assignments in the 152 range. I've not seen any yet in the 158 range though. I would hope the system engineers take the fact into consideration that high powered paging transmitters do cause proplems even with commercial equipment in the metro areas that are usually full of VHF paging transmitters. Around here, the paging transmitters run close to a 100% duty cycle during the daytime hours.
This could be a very real problem for me as far as receiving the new MOSWIN system here.
