How do you know exactly where they come from for sure, it seems with millions of frequencies out there how can you tell what they are and where they are coming from unless they id themselves? all the ham frequencies is the only ones i can pinpoint for sure cuz they id. with the signal coming in and out and not hearing them for a few years i couldnt get a good pinpoint on them...

Only caught 2 frequencies active today. There was lot of Spanish speaking freebanders but very little action above 30mhz.

My mobile loggings, using a Uniden BC-996XT & Austin Spectra mobile antenna while mobile in Washington County, Utah (DM-37) between 2245 - 2330UTC

33.420 WQGC703, City of Orlando Office of Emergency Management, with mention of broadcasting on 1650kHz AM. Rebroadcast of local Orlando area NWS broadcast, interrupted every minute or two with the WQGC703/Orlando OEM ID.
I'm very curious about the 33.420 broadcasts out of Orlando.

Man, today the low band is really open.

Tons of Spanish between 30-32 MHz. Just heard a ham fron London England check in on a 10m repeater 29.62 here in Texas. I'm going hunting for low band mil ops today.

I live in Libby, Mt. and heard an ATC controller on 32.8250 mhz (scanner gave an PL of 151.4) and the dude was talking real fast to military jets it sounded like. Heard some call signs but it was real scratchy.
The signal was fair for awhile then went away after a couple of hours. Wonder where this is coming from, Texas or Alabama maybe. I do get a lot of skip from Texas here in northwest Montana. Mostly between 10 am - 3 pm.
