2013 Ram 1500 Setup

So for years I have wanted a console, but never went through with it, until Quarantine. Finished the project this past weekend.


This was met setup as of May 2020 - minor moves over a 2019 version but the double sided tap for the ICOM was not holding. So, I ordered and renovated.


I went with a HAVIS Console for the Ram1500. I have some empty spots, but I am sure I will figure out a way to get them filled.



The only thing I have noticed is the Motorola CDM1550 is set up where there is a glare. The details say flush mount, but this is as far as it can go.

I have also wired up the 12V Accessories plugs.

Very nice installation job there my friend! As for the blank panels, do you want me to send you a few radio catalogs to drool over for 15 minutes and then you can pick up the phone and proceed to place some orders and get those slots filled up with more nice radios?

Actually I am waiting till I can put my Whelen siren in there... But I might go check for a dedicated HAM radio in the near future. Both my radios have HAM capabilities, but still thinking I might go for a dedicated radio for HAM.

Always had three. Scanner and two mobiles. The Motorola is in original picture with remote head.
