Interesting... last year they were on an LTR system, wonder why they're switching to conventional this year.

Expect those frequencies to be used as repeaters (five pairs, giving ten DMR talk-paths). I've monitored other Creative Communications STAs, and this is the way they usually do things. Not sure why they don't just properly license them as repeaters.

Of course, they may also decide to use the frequencies as part of a trunked system, such as Capacity Plus.
