Excelsior Springs seems to have transitioned to MARRS.

Hearing Law on talk group 34850
Hearing Fire/EMS on talk group 34860

I'm sure there are others.

Their site's control channel is currently on 854.8375

OK anyone have any luck with SDR-->> Unitrunker-->>DSD+. I'm in Olathe, KCSIS works fine, but get nothing on MARRS.

Do you have all of the correct MARRS control channels?

Current ones are:

JOCO: 851.8875, 853.775, and 853.9625

KCMO: 851.050, 851.325, 851.600, and 851.8625

WYCO: 856.9375, 857.9375, 858.9375, and 859.9375

East Jackson/Independence: 856.7375, 857.7375, 858.2125, 858.4625

Why would Lee's Summit application status change from "Pending" to "Returned"
Returned means the FCC rejected the application because of errors or something the applicant put on the application that the FCC doesn't allow.
If you look at the Automated Letters section of the ADMIN tab you will find the Return Letter that was sent to the Applicant.
Usually the last paragraph of the letter details what the applicant did wrong that the FCC will not accept.
The applicant must file an amendment and correct the problem or else the application will be dismissed.

Coordinator screwed up the frequency pairs it appears.

Your application is being returned to correct the frequency paring on 858.5875 MHz with 813.8625 MHz listed on several locations.

I also notice 4 mobile "sites" around a tower site. To me it appears wrong, because it should be just one. Looks like a 4 site simulcast system, which I'm surprised they need that many sites. All of Platte County is 5 sites.

Can't speak for the other sites on MARRS, but JoCo's control channel priority appears to be 853.7750 then 851.8875 and finally 853.9625.

How busy is Raytown PD? I've had them white-listed on KCMO site 401 using OP25 for a few days and I'm not hearing much. I did Grandview PD at the same time and here them fine.

They are like Grandview on the Police side, the usual run the plate/car checks and routine small town PD stuff.

Fire/EMS is dispatched by KCMO FD so most of the runs are on the KCMO FD A1 thru A9 TGs

Public Works is fairly active on most days, really busy on Snow days...

Here's a letter from the FCC. Looks like they have to change a frequency pair.

I would expect this activity to ramp up after Jan 2 when everyone gets back to work. The holidays have slowed just about everything this last month.
