Yep.
The document says there will be 10 more sites built by next year and they intend to keep building the system.
I don't know if the 10 new sites are indicated on the map or if the map is only the current sites as of last month.
At any rate the map shows a bunch of sites that aren't in the database.
People need to be aware and search for them.

ProScan found a New TG in Troop E (Poplar Bluff) - 6611

I heard no traffic but it was Displayed as "LINK". RSSI was -89.

RR database does not have it but it may be Ripley County as they use the 66xx TGs.

With 10 bandplans listed, how do you determine the right one?
Bandplan #0: Base=851.00625 Offset=-45 Spacing=6.25 BW=12.5
Bandplan #1: Base=762.00625 Offset=+30 Spacing=6.25 BW=12.5
Bandplan #2: Base=851.01250 Offset=-45 Spacing=12.5 BW=12.5 Slots=2
Bandplan #3: Base=762.00625 Offset=+30 Spacing=12.5 BW=12.5 Slots=2
Bandplan #4: Base=136.00000 Offset=-4.6 Spacing=12.5 BW=12.5
Bandplan #5: Base=142.42500 Offset=+5.26 Spacing=5.00 BW=12.5
Bandplan #6: Base=145.32000 Offset=-1.6 Spacing=5.00 BW=12.5
Bandplan #7: Base=140.11500 Offset=+3.465 Spacing=7.50 BW=12.5
Bandplan #8: Base=139.57500 Offset=+3.885 Spacing=7.50 BW=12.5
Bandplan #9: Base=137.27750 Offset=+0.9 Spacing=7.50 BW=12.5
Bandplan #10: Base=136.00625 Offset=-4.6 Spacing=12.5 BW=12.5

Also one line says P-25 PH II in use and another says no one is using it on the MOSWIN 19 system? I'm trying to program a 996P2 with ARC-XT software for travel through the State so I really can't check in advance.
Thanks

You don't have to set the bandplan on the newer scanners, just import or type in the site frequencies and talkgroups and the scanner will take care of the rest!

Based on the neighbor list in your file I would say it's more likely that this is the Warsaw site.

Could be. I put it in the scanner in the car and listened to the control channel on the way to work this morning. Had it full strength at Lowry City on 13 Hwy. Lost it at the Henry/St.Clair county line. Low or no signal the rest of the way to Clinton except for when I was going across the Deepwater arm of Truman Lake and had it full strength then.

May try to find time to take a drive and try to locate it before the end of the week.

So far the only traffic I've been hearing is on St.Clair Country Main.

Your scanner figures this out by itself. You don't need to know band plans or LCNs and you don't need to program them except in a few older scanners.

The control channel at that site is broadcasting 11 band plans (00 - 10). I think every Motorola P25 system I have seen broadcasts more band plans than are actually used. I have seen other systems VHF only sites broadcasting band plans for VHF, 380, 700, 800 & 900 MHz. I don't know why they do that.

You can tell which band plan(s) is used by the LCNs of the frequencies logged by PRO96COM or Unitrunker.
For example the first one is
"01-1764","ci",773.03125,"01-1764",803.03125,0,10
So that means 773.03125 is band plan 01 channel 1764.

Anyone have a good RPM file they have been building for VHF MOSWIN sites / talk groups in the state that they are willing to share?

Thanks in advance.

I just submitted 5 new SIte NACs for sites located between Joplin and Jeff City today.
PLEASE check your nearby MOSWIN Sites to verify if the site NAC (NOT the SYSID) is different from the RR Database and submit the changes.
The new Unidens can check site NAC to verify the site, so correct Site NAC info is critical!
w
i thought all p25 scanners could do that.

What is with the naming, imported with sentinel there will be 13 channels all named the same and that do not fit on the screen.

I guess it's not as bad as the naming with Johnson Co on the MARRS system
