That's just an RH96 which works on the 15X or 996XT scanners (his is a 996XT).

I've had the scanner and RH96 for alooonnggg time... Been in a few different vehicles...
I'll get some more pictures in the near future...
Antenna's are so so right now. still fighting placement and operation.

Blue lights does not mean law enforcement in every state. In parts of NE USA blue lights signify courtesy lights as a firefighter / EMS personal owned vehicle.
