no, Talkgroups'. You never heard of Dispatch East , West and South?
Yes, I've heard of those but never on the Moswin system until just now! I spaced out seeing anything past Dispatch 1 and 2 etc. Never saw a thing after the number!

That's why I asked if you were talking about the low band system where those names originally came from.

Somehow I've missed the East and West names when looking at Troop D's talkgroups all these years!
That's what was confusing me as I definitely remember them from the low band days. I could hear them here.

Back to your question, no, I have no idea what happened to Troop D's dispatch channels on Moswin!
I'd be curious as to the answer though if you ever find out.

Troop D has three main MOSWIN dispatch TG's. They are all very active but I have not been down that way for quite a while. They may have been using the low band freqs for a bit for a number of possible reasons. Are they back to using all their TG's?

When I've made trips to Springfield, I've noticed that S isn't always on the Springfield site even though I see S transmitting on another site.
So may observations is that a talkgroup needs to be affiliated with that site in order to hear it.
This may or may not be what's happening in your case.

Activity/logs typical for Troop D South Dispatch from 6:55PM 12/12 through 6:38PM 12/13 - not many West (affiliations) down here at the state line...
Thank you sir. I have received a lot of south dispatches tonight though.

Anybody know what talkgroups 23087 and 23085 are? I thought I heard some reference to 23085 as Sadalia but not sure....

MOSWIN Zone 4 starting Springfield?

We were in Springfield today and caught a brief glimpse of what I think is MOSWIN in their 800 MHz system.
On 859.9625 (one of their M Smartzone system freqs) I saw P25 data with a site NAC of 1C1 and sys ICE, with R=004 (I think zone 4) and S 01 - site 1. Will be interesting to watch. Next trip bring the computer and Pro96com!
