Forgot to put that on there like I have on all the rest of my posts my antenna is a Cushcraft AR-6 Ringo 6 meter Amateur antenna near the top of my 120 foot tower fed with 200 feet of LMR-400 coax to get it to the BCT15X in my living room.

The radiator and radial are extended all the way out so possibly 27 mhz.

My AR-6 is tuned for 50.100 MHz, that's where SWR is best and I transmit on it for 6 Meter Ham band.
Monitored from Central Ky using a BCT15X, Freescan and a 6 meter Ringo Ranger on 6-10-20 thru 8-28-20

For a few months now I've been getting occasional key ups with no speaking on 72.8000MHz. I have it listed as a CHP channel. I'm in north-east NJ. Anybody else ever hear this?
Hi I get some of the same thing UPRR , I have one scanner that gets a birdy in that range and a point to point link some times from oil company in colorado wyoming area some are licensed some are not on the left coast even a spur from another frequencies, I no that does not help much, one school district in my area uses it for school clock syncing.
