I've heard this one many times when the band is open to the southeast US. The complete transmission is "cud3eknjn75". This is likely a radio at a prison in Alabama with a bad callsign programmed. When the band is open you can hear multiple stations transmitting Morse IDs on 45.980 with a tone of 203.5. They seem to be rarely used for voice.
