2022 NASWA Winter SWL Festival will be virtual

In the fest mailing list today (Dec 24), I see a message thread that indicates a decision has been made to hold the 2022 gathering of the clan virtually. Dates will be March 4 and 5.

Covid-19 forced the 2021 onto the Zoom platform; no doubt the current pandemic situation requires a wash, rinse and repeat. Pfft.

As of today the NASWA Winter SWL Fest website pages have *not* been updated.

Bummer. While I’d much prefer to see the gang in person, last year was a good time anyway. I took the day off on Friday so I could partake in the festivities. Guess I’ll do the same for 2022.

Of course, ‘Festing at home means I can enjoy my favorite frosty beverage without worrying about making it back to my hotel room….
