173.875 (NAC 1D3) ENC - Intermittent traffic, listed in Radio Reference database as US Capitol Police Travel Channel 3 (repeater output).

That frequency with that NAC was active in the Philadelphia area in 2022----confirmed it myself as active. I think it is valid.

I heard that too, but it seemed to me like it was off center on my analog scanner, and the right freq is 173.8875 which is ATF or 173.8625 which is DEA.

Looks like they're well outside it for the whole flight

Oh no, this is from broadcasts on 126.8, 121.5, and the military frequencies, not me looking at the map. I heard them get intercepted in realtime.

It's primarily been TFR entry/exit coordination since the DNC started. Great place to catch military callsign traffic during the DNC.
